Corrections and review

Corrections should identify the country, affected metric or equipment model, the displayed value, a proposed replacement, and a dated primary or established reference. Distinguish equipment delivered from equipment ordered, and total inventory from operational availability.

Changing an inventory figure can affect category scores and ranking positions. Updates should retain the source tag and observation date and be checked against the published scoring rules.
